Wonderful Winter Granola (very low sugar)

As its coming to the end of the year I wanted to make a version of my favourite meal, with a healthier twist. Granola is my ADDICTION, I can eat it on its own, or on anything, literally anything. I love a nutty granola that’s crunchy and filled with big clusters.

This granola is not only incredibly low in sugar, but packed full of flavour and the best texture you could imagine!

Here’s to December comfort food!




  • 2.5 mugs of oats

  • 1 mug walnuts

  • 1 heaped tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1 heaped tablespoon of honey

  • dash of almond milk


First mix the ground almonds with the soy yoghurt and stir well.

Next add the rest of the ingredients and mix until no lumps.

Pop it in the oven for 40 mins at 175 degrees or until the mixture is holding together when prodding a knife into it. 

Decorate by melting 100g dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon of almond butter and a a splash of almond milk.
